They did a phenomenal job on my little old man. Customer service was excellent and the price was more than reasonable for the level of service we received. Definitely taking my guy back here next time he needs to be groomed.

Very friendly staff, reasonable prices. Most thorough grooming we have found for our dog. Also the only groomer my dog was not terrified of. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Our 9 year old min pin is a little difficult at times. He’s had the same groomer for 9 years but he retired so i was a little nervous finding someone new. After reading reviews i decided to make an apt and it didn’t disappoint! Jason is very nice and did a great job on his nails, bath & ears. Glad to have found our new groomer!

I love Jason my dog loves Jason he has gone above and beyond just take care of my little curlicue because of his surgery and not liking his nails done and I cannot say good things about him he truly cares about my dog otherwise my dog would not be so excited to go spend the day there

Thank heavens for Jason! After a traumatic event my Rocky was ungroomable. And we couldn’t muzzle him because he could get it off. After over a year of no grooming we found Jason and he was willing to try Rocky out. Jason is a miracle worker. We had our beautiful boy back. Today is our 2nd groom with Jason. Praying that it becomes easier with every groom.

Jason always does an amazing job with my two cats Panda and Olive! He always remembers exactly what I want done with them and they come home looking and smelling great! I highly recommend his pet salon!

I was not going to write a review because my husband went to have a chat with Jason about our Mainecoon we brought there. Because I believe you always try to take care of an issue before a review. Nor are we people who need attention or want conflict. But Jason was rude, standoffish and didn't care. One I only brought my cat there for time purposes ONLY, I bath, blow dry and brush him. He was told to wash and remove any matts (which he only has a few on his hind quarters) We picked him up soaking wet. He said it's traumatizing for cats to be blow dried. I blow him out all the time. Two, we got him back with the worst haircut. His belly was completely shaved ( and was NOT matted), his mane and face was trimmed way back ( imagine chopping Maine coons mane) He cut his back hairs down ( no idea why it was perfect the way it was) The killer is he cut his toe tuffs ( yes those long hairs between his toes are actually supposed to be there) He now looks like a short hair tabby cat and not even a good cut it looks like a child did it. We paid $75 for a quick bath and the fastest chop job, instead of taking the time to just comb out the SMALL matts. I even cut his nails before he went in. Three, my husband went there just to address it, so that maybe that mistake wouldn't be made again and a sincere apology. Literally did not care. His response was all the Maine coons that come in are matted and it grows back. Yes ,we know it will grow back, but it's also frustrating that we've been taking care of his hair and nails and just needed someone to do it because we were busy. But a caring professional would have accessed the cat to see if they even had matts and what exactly needed to be done, and if you are going to actually cut a cat maybe a phone call would have been the right thing to do. It was clearly a way to make a quick dollar and do a hack job. To respond to such complaints rudely is not professional or good business. I would have let it go if there was a sincere regret or felt bad kind of response. Reading his rude responses to others constructive criticism I can only imagine what's coming my way. Good attitude and admitting a mistake goes a long way. Not a condescending " what is you want?" Then " sorry, have a nice day" PS. We were late (has nothing to do with any of this)My beautiful cat looks ridiculous, but here we have a cat loving groomer.

The staff are absolutely amazing they do an absolutely amazing job on my dog he's always happy to come and he's always well done when he leaves I would absolutely recommend to anyone worth the wait very busy but extremely worth it
