The reception person Maria was friendly and very helpful, making sure I included all the necessary files for an easy and smooth process. Marinela who helped me with my tax filing was friendly and clarified all the points I needed. She answered my questions clearly. The process was quick and convenient, and I'm happy with the service. She made sure to include all the information that would help reduce liabilities and increase the tax refund, which left me satisfied.
