As an existing client of LBB - I was referred to a new esthetician on staff, Susie. I had booked a few services with her, and was really impressed. Susie took her time with services, and advised me on what products were right for my skin type, but did not try to sell me on particular products sold at the salon. I am grateful for her professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to take the time to answer my questions. I have seen several estheticians over the years, but none have ever been as great as Susie.A huge bonus - the beds were heated and super comfortable!Thank you again Susie - can’t wait for pampering at my next service!

Susie is awesome!! she’s been doing my brows for 8 years and they come out amazing everytime. I also have gotten facials from her and my skin comes out so nice and refreshed after. Super friendly and personable, highly recommend Susie!!

I have been booking with Ali since I was a freshman in HIGH SCHOOL (yes, it's been that long!). Ali previously worked at a spa that I used to frequent, but then she switched to LBB- I had to follow her here because she is SO good at what she does. She waxes my brows, always making sure to keep them thick enough, and she will not let you leave that room until they are perfect. Ali is so precise, talented, and such a kind soul. She actively builds relationships with her clients and always remembers the small details about you for next time. I will NEVER go to another esthetician because she exceeds expectations every time. Thank you for all you do, Ali!
