I came 2hrs to this shop to get my hair twisted 15mins before my appointment she tells me the locksmith left this happened 3 times in a row I am all set with this shop don’t even want to give 1 star communication sucks reliability sucks not professional at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Service: Hairstyling

This facility is in pristine condition and the staff is extremely professional and kind. My daughter and I were booked for an appointment together and it was such an amazing experience!

WOW, that's what I call a Hair Salon, from the moment you walk in, they treat you as a valued customer. They give you a sense of trust and appreciation. The work was done in a timely manner and above your expectations. I will be back soon.

I called a week prior to have my daughters hair done, I ended up taking time off of work , pulling my daughter from school then we show up and the braider went home sick and no one called to let me know. I will not be retuning back to this establishment, the time prior we waited close to 60 min to be seen.

the price is not worth the quality here, prices are random here. one day the price is reasonable the next it’s 380$ for 60 braids of knotless braids with your own hair provided and washed.Service: Hairstyling

I went to Joan for my first relaxer treatment and she was pretty good. I saw a lot of growth. The issue is when I wanted extensions installed. She had her braider work on me and I told her that my hair is very fragile and fine from chemical treatments. The lady used so much tension that I had scarring on my head. It snapped from the roots. I lost over 6 inches of hair, a whole year of consist haircare flushed right down the drain because of one day. It was devastating. To top it off, the braider insisted on flat ironing my hair even though I asked her not to and she didn’t even use a heat protectant beforehand! She was obviously not a professional and unfortunately I do have to blame the entire salon for letting an unprofessional work on their clients. The braider was also very pushy and ended up installing way more than I asked for so I had to pay double what I expected for a terrible service. If you don’t like to argue with your hairstyles, do not go here.Services: Perms

I have gone to this salon for about 20 years. People ask how I take care of my hair that it's so healthy and long. My response is, the hairdresser knows what she's doing, but don't take my words for it, check it out yourself.
