It is a great place with great people.
Came here for my first ever barre class with Ashley as my instructor and had a great time. Ashley is so kind and helped when I needed it. Barre is HARD but I felt so good after! I didn’t feel judged at all and the space is so clean and modern! Already signed up for my next class!
I visited this studio for the first time today and took my first hot yoga class ever. It was a life changing experience. The teachers, the other students, the staff and the owner were all so welcoming and warm! I’d highly recommend the experience to anyone looking to learn or deepen their yoga practice.
I'm looking to sign up for classes and forgot to yesterday when i was there!� what should I do? I had such a wonderful time at the yoga shop yesterday that I feel AMAZING today! What a beautiful shop, great location (my neighbor�) and just overall somewhere I'd love to be! Great vibes. Please...help sign me up !
