I visited this studio for the first time today and took my first hot yoga class ever. It was a life changing experience. The teachers, the other students, the staff and the owner were all so welcoming and warm! I’d highly recommend the experience to anyone looking to learn or deepen their yoga practice.

I'm looking to sign up for classes and forgot to yesterday when i was there!� what should I do? I had such a wonderful time at the yoga shop yesterday that I feel AMAZING today! What a beautiful shop, great location (my neighbor�) and just overall somewhere I'd love to be! Great vibes. Please...help sign me up !

I took my first class here on a Friday evening with Alison and I enjoyed it. It was my first time visiting this beautiful studio and Alison was so welcoming as soon as I walked in the door! She helped me register and gave me a tour of the studio. She taught a really nice heated flow class and then made the extra effort to come ask me how I liked the class after it was over. I will definitely be back and hope to bring friends! Thanks Alison and team for opening this new studio and best of luck to you for a successful and fulfilling future! ❤️ Rebecca B
