I had a very bad experience. The service was rude, unprofessional, and hurtful.
When I told him that my teeth were slightly touching when I bite, he came back to adjust them, but he seemed rushed and impatient. It felt like he was in a hurry. During the adjustment, he was not gentle and caused me a lot of pain. I felt like he did not care about how uncomfortable I was.
After the procedure, my teeth did not look normal. The bottom and middle parts look cracked and uneven. When I told him it didn’t look right, he dismissed my concern and said that it was just my natural teeth. I know my teeth, and they have never looked like this before.
I am very disappointed with the service and the way my concerns were handled

I had so much anxiety about having to go to the dentist because I knew how much work I needed.
Today I had a root canal performed and barely felt a thing. Dr. Jaradeh had wonderful “bedside” manner and made sure I was OK through the entire process.
A wonderful practice.

Today I had my regular cleaning and as always, a pleasure coming here. I’ve been seeing Dr. Jaradeh and his staff for over 10 years now and, I’m glad I still do. Friendly staff and good experience every time I come. I recommend this location if anyone is looking for a dentist.😬🙂👍🏽Thank You Staff.🪥🦷

Being in dentistry for over 9 years I know when a practice is all about money, and not the actual care of the patient. They're very unprofessional, and not understanding at all. I was scheduled for an appointment today, and missed it due to my chronic pancreatitis all night and this morning. When it gets inflamed there is nothing I can do and happens randomly. However, they were trying to charge me, a MassHealth patient $50 for the broken appointment. This is my second appointment, but my first missed appointment. They gave no warning, and didn't seem to care.. just a pay or we can't book you. Reminding me why I left dentistry. Doctors see a missed appointment as if their bank account has suddenly went bankrupt. Other people have had good experiences here because they're paying, or their insurance is paying-- but let any small inconvenience happen and watch how the entire office goes against you.
