Asked for emergency service. Town issue with water pressure damaged water heater relief valve that started leaking setting water sensor alarm off. After hours but had tech in apt within an hour who replaced valve, tightened fittings and reset alarm. So thankful for the quick response and accommodations!
I went threw CTI lowell. They sent out David M Murphy Plumbing which I had before 2 yrs. ago 3 Star. This time they send out Kyle (youg guy campare to me). This man was very polite and very informative on what he was doing. He explained eveverything he did, which I like. But what I like the most is ask for a job discription report of what was done on my heating unit and Maryannye( office personal) sent one right to my house no problem. I like that because I like to keep track.( old school)
I do recommend Kyle's work but he all I Know. Cuddos to Maryanne.

Great customer service! Able to assist my elderly grandmother with a leak within hours of calling on same day! Very professional and courteous with her! Pleased with the results! Would definitely recommend!
