I had a great experience! The staff felt notably experienced with parrots, and the room for Arlo's appointment had soothing sounds catered to her, a huge array of treats and other supplies for birds specifically. On top of that, everyone was very kind and clearly invested in the well-being of Arlo and cared about her. If I have any concern for Arlo, or questions in general, I have a place I can trust.

they ask to pay at the time of reservation the full price, it ridiculous. I don't think they had much experience with reptiles, but for minor issues it was good enough.
