Budget Exteriors installed vinyl siding on my house in 2017 and were supposed to install shutters and fix shutters that were installed with wrong fasteners. While waiting for them to come back for the shutters, I found some issues with the siding and trim that also need to be fixed. The contract says that Budget Exteriors has a 7 year warranty on workmanship so you would think it would be no problem having issues corrected. However, I have repeatedly texted and called Lou Milano, emailed Lou and Rick Rice at Budget Exteriors and called Budget Exteriors and spoke with Dale and left messages. No one has gotten back to me. It has been over a year! I finally gave up trying to get in touch with them and filed a complaint with the BBB. Budget Exteriors never responded to the BBB either.
