Last week I bought my senior dog Fred and his new little brother Barney to get groomed. Both were so nervous when we arrived. When the groomer came out to get my dogs they were so nervous they didn’t want to go in. The groomer said once I left they would be fine. I went outside and peeked in the window and I saw not one but two groomers sitting on the floor with my dogs petting them and talking to them. After a few mins they got up and my dogs went with them! I left feeling happy and relieved. When I went to pick them up they looked great, smelt great and I could tell how happy and comfortable they were. I will definitely be going back! This salon gets better and better each time I go! Mittens always comes home happy and clean! She always smells so good. Katie or Martha is always there to greet us and make my pup feel at ease. And Justin is great at doing a nail trim at pick up! Great staff with a comfortable environment! Thanks Pawzazz!!
We have been clients of Pawzazz since Sneakers was 6 months old! Sneakers just turned 8 years old and we treated him to a spa day at Pawzazz. The service is always great & the groom always looks perfect! Sneakers loves going to see Martha, Katie and Justin! A home away from home! Ty Pawzazz!!!
