I highly recommend this company, specifically Seamus was the one who helped us! Here are the outstanding points for their service: 1. Communication and speed -- I left my original request for service thru text on Mon afternoon, and got an initial response on the same day. Judd was able to send his team to us the next day, and that is in the middle of summer rush of requests. Prior to that, all companies I talked to were giving me 3 plus weeks of lead time. 2. I like to try my heat before the season gets started. This time it did not work. I reached out to people in my condo and Judd Dalicandro was recommended. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Judd or his employees. Judd got back to me within a reasonable amount of time with some questions regarding my system and my availability. His employee arrived on time, texting me ahead of time with his name and confirming the time. He was unable to fix my heater and even called Judd to ensure that he tried and looked at everything. We have been enjoying Jude's services for six or seven years without any complaints. His crew does yearly maintenance on our condo's central AC and has been able to identify potential issues before they become actual problems. And there has only been one issue that required repair beyond a maintenance visit. He is always professional, responsive, and brings a fair price. We have recommended him to numerous neighbors and everybody has been content with his work.
