I needed my water heater replaced and Steve Monahan quoted me a good price. But, I needed a copy of the receipt to take advantage of the warranty on my broken water heater. When I asked Steve if he could provide a receipt, he told me that he "didn't need the aggravation" of dealing with another company's paperwork and that I should call someone else. My husband was sitting right next to me during the call and was shocked at how rude Steve was. I was very disappointed, because he was very pleasant when I met with him to discuss the job.
