I was having trouble with unrecognized disk, and I did everything from updating the console to rebuilding the database, to trying to replace the disk drive myself. Nothing. When giving them my console I came back to it being fully repaired and being able to read the disk. I am very satisfied and very excited to be able to play my game.
i brought in a game cartridge for my gameboy color to have the internal battery fixed, and they did it inexpensively and so fast!! and were very pleasant about it :) thanks so much!!!
I was very skeptical going in, since getting PS5 controllers fixed can be a roll of the dice, and I knew nothing about Dmar going in. Glad I did though. Controller was a limited edition one, so it wasn't really one I could just buy again. The staff was friendly, they communicated well to keep me updated, what more could you ask. Hopefully I don't have to go back because I learned to stop dropping electronics, but if something breaks, this is where I am going.
