First of all, I drove from New Bedford to Leominster to Doctor Bates office. I found Doctor Bates very attenuative to my issues. My initial examination took over an hour and a half. No other Physician spent that amount of time in my initial exam. Doctor Bates was compassionate to my injuries, extremely thorough and helped me with my concussion issues. I found him to be very friendly, kind and we covered a lot of treatments during my visits which at sometimes lasted over 3 hours each appointment. I treated with him for the better part of 3 years. I was really messed up from a car accident concussion. Prior to Doctor Bates, I went to every "Concussion" Doctor I could find. The last was Doctor Cantu, the supposed "Guru" of concussions. Not so, Doctor Cantu couldn't help me. I was beyond his scope of concussion. I thank God daily for helping me find Doctor Bates. Doctor Bates is not only fantastic with concussion treatment, he's also an awesome Chiropractor and an awesome person! I had a dislocated 1st rib ever since the car accident that caused my concussion. He re-set it and that was a total relief! He's the only one I truly trust when it comes to concussion and chiropractic. In my eyes, he the absolute best!
