They not only helped me out financially but they also worked with me to provide exactly what I wanted for my father, I recommend Hathaway to anyone looking to have the perfect funeral for their loved ones. During our time of grief, the staff at Hathaway was incredibly kind, caring, and accommodating. They supported our family through the entire process from start to finish and made a very difficult time a little easier to navigate.
The staff was amazing. Larry was always available and quick to respond to texts as we worked through rescheduling my husband’s services during the blizzard. Marilyn took the time to make sure we understood the process and what to expect, and she cared for us with such compassion even making sure we had extra tissues when we needed them most.

Amanda and the entire staff took excellent care of us. Our family copes through humor and Amanda was able to meet us at that level while always showing care for our grief and respect for our loved one. We were able to customize elements such as music easily. They were very responsive and flexible about things like dropping off items for the service. The service went very well and was a fitting tribute.
