Our realtor recommended them as a great 'local' option to secure the financing my wife and I required. Throughout the process Eric was often unavailable or only available via email in which he would respond with one sentence. His assistant in the process was equally unavailable and would often make requests with no clear understanding of whether or not the document was actually required. I recently refinanced with Sage Bank and had an incredible experience. The team was supportive and helpful, they took the time to explain why Sage was able to offer the best rates out there compared to the large commercial banks. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. I have recommended Sage to several friends and their experience has been equally as satisfying.
