This morning I was on my way to work when I stopped on the left lane waiting for the light to turn green so I can go left when all of a sudden a truck from Nickerson Mechanical from East Bridgewater stopped right behind me and started to honk me for no reason. So I told him to go the other way because the specific lane is for you to turn left ONLY, so as soon as he passed me, he sticks out his middle finger out the window at me and he looks at his left rearview mirror and smiles at me as he shows his middle finger and he holds that middle finger out the window for a while too. While working in Boston today I saw an employee of Nickerson go into anther HVAC contractor's van and steal something and quickly pull away. If they have these type of employees I can only imagine the type of work they perform. BE AWARE

We moved into a new home two months ago, and once it got warm out, we realized that there was something wrong with our AC! We scheduled an appointment with the technician from Nickerson, and he came by. The technician was on time, extremely polite, very patient with us (we had a lot of questions!) he told us what the problem had been (someone had knocked the float out of the compressor - probably one of us) and how to avoid it in the future. He then gave us a quick tour of our system - how to troubleshoot it, how to change the filters, etc. Overall, very pleased with the customer service!
