Unbelievable patient care. My daughter was scheduled for a 10:30am appointment and had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen. Nobody ever came to provide an update or let us know anything as far as wait time and when to be called. I will never come to this location again. Unbelievable treatment and disheartening patient care.

I have been seeing Dr. Aswad for many many years; he’s kind and extremely competent.
That being said, the office staff behind the desk today were very pleasant and easy to interact with- historically this has not been the case. Unfortunately, today while I was in the waiting room I witnessed and heard a very unprofessional interaction by a staff member, named Arlene, towards another person in an office, leaving office the door open. The absolute worst place! I had an appointment at 4 was told at 4:45, only after I asked how much longer to see the doctor, that there were five patients ahead of me. I wouldn't get to see the doctor until 7 or later. While sitting in the waiting room I observed the receptionist being so rude to a gentleman who was asking very politely why they didn't tell him they didn't take his insurance until after his appointment. I heard her say look this money isn't going into my pocket! I honestly couldn't believe she was speaking to a patient so rudely!
