Was recently able to get an appointment for an unexpected illness - thankfully wasn't too serious. I've been bringing my cats and dogs to CAH for about 14 years now and really appreciate the care my babies have received through various life stages.

The staff at Chelmsford Animal Hospital is just terrific, all except one who tends to be rude to me when I am there but the remainder of the front support staff, nurses and doctors are wonderful. One suggestion is to allow pet insurance to pay the claims while you are checking out to lessen the out of pocket burden. Try Vet-direct-pay. Thanks!!

Quick check-in and pleasant waiting area. Veterinarians take the time to explain the diagnosis and what options are available. Go the extra mile to care for patients in every way they can. Very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

Dr. Hart and her entire staff are wonderful, compassionate people . Winston, my rag doll cat , has had the very best care there for the last six and half years . They truly care for your animal whether it’s a wellness check or something more serious . The moment you enter the door you are greeted warmly asking how everyone is and you know they genuinely mean it . Stephanie , Kelly and the rest of the girls are great . It doesn’t stop there , all of the vet technicians we have had are just as loving and caring . Recently Winston has been sick and let me tell you Dr Hart has worked tirelessly to take care of us . She is a very dedicated veterinarian and won’t stop until you have an answer . You and your pet are in the best place there.

I had to bring my kitten in very frequently for various unexplained symptoms, then we saw Dr. Prue who is only occasionally there on weekends and she was a life saver. She was able to identify that my cat had FIP, and without her diagnosis and care that day my cat would have died within days. Afterwards, I had to come in almost weekly while my cat was still in very rough shape. All of the doctors came together to make decisions to help my cat, and the front desk ladies would always tell me they were rooting for us, I knew the whole office was invested in my cat’s recovery. Dr. Shore did a great job listening to my personal input and the research I had done on my cat’s treatment, since FIP treatment is new and not well understood by many vets. Without her trust it would have been very difficult to keep my cat alive. Dr. Shore and Dr. Prue are great!

Dr Lovely is wonderful! Can recommend her enough. All the techs and the front desk are friendly and helpful. We would never take our dogs anywhere else!
