Contacted Butler's on a Saturday night when our AC shut off and we had friends staying at our home. We contacted him that night and had Mark out the next morning, Sunday, at 8:30 a.m. He contacted me on my cell phone to go over in detail what the issue was, which was relatively minor. He charged us the minimum fee for a weekend call. Also, he was very patient and kind to our friend's children who wanted to "help him" through his service call. I would definitely recommend his service and will use him for future HVAC related issues. He was very knowledgable and helpful.
