The staff at Lanier are incredibly kind and ensure a calm, low traffic environment, which is especially helpful for my anxious dog. They always run on time and Dr. Lanier always demonstrates patience and expertise.

I brought my dog here from the day one but progressively it got worse. They are keep sneaking charges into the final bill, decides to take blood without even sharing first with the pet owner of any health concerns and ask for permission, repeats shots every year that are not due, comes up with extra reasons to charge a lot of money each time. I brought to their attention that I notice few old cheating tricks and that I don’t like, they apologize and I decided to give them another chance. This is very dishonest way of doing business and I am done keep giving this vet any more chances. I am taking my dog and my money somewhere else where hopefully they will treat us more like a patient than a money pit! You should be ashamed of yourself. You might be having the right to have a practice but you are not 1% interested in the animal’s well being. All you care is to make as much money as possible out of every single visit without having to explain any decisions you make . You just take advantage of people and you are terrible!!

As an old of employee of Gary Lainer and having seen what goes on in his practice, I am greatly upset to see he still has a practice. He misinforms clients, overcharges for tests that are unnecessary, has non-updated equipment, and overall only cares about himself and the money that goes in his pocket. Please go somewhere else if you care about your animals and want to save your money.

My cat had two seizures within a week and I brought him to Dr. Lankier. He had previously treated my other cat and Dr. Lanier has always been professional and caring. I am glad i have such a good vet on my side

I just moved into the area and was recommended by a friend. I called to schedule a first time appointment and was hung up on. I called back and the person was rude and asked to take down my number to call me back. It's been a week with no call back. Left a bad taste in my mouth. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Overcharged by at least 100 percent.For instance shampoo 16 ounces 25 dollars!Cost him maybe five. One ivermectin tablet 25 dollars!( I pay 2 dollars on internet). Sixty three dollars for first exam.Twelve dollars for nail trim. Sixty three for scraping for sarcoptic mange. Then he wanted to see dog back four more times to check on dog’s progress.His groomer said to me over the phone that ounce is usually enough! Then Gary Lainer said to me that he would make an exception in my case to 40 dollars for four weeks . I did the dog myself in lime sulphur bath which he said was no good
