Adam went the extra mile in finding us an apartment. He set up tours of units that checked all our boxes and was a true advocate for us when it came to the application process. He was always reachable and explained everything well which made for a smooth and easy process.
Adam was thorough and took the time to ensure we found exactly what we were looking for. When a unit we wanted went to another renter, Adam found us an even better unit on the same floor that had not yet been listed, and we signed the next day. We both work full time so it was difficult to communicate during business hours. Adam was generous enough to work with us late at night and on weekends to accommodate our schedule and we couldn’t be happier to find our perfect fit.
Adam is great to work with. He helped answer all of our questions throughout the entire process and is an excellent communicator. I really liked that he didn't put any pressure on us in our search.
