Jake the Property Manager for Signer Property Management has done a very wonderful job making me feel comfortable in my unit when issue have arisen. There have been some very important problems like no hot water or heat in the unit and I usually receive and emails from management that they are on top of the issue and gets resolved quickly.
Nothing but good things to say about Jake Strehlke at Signer! Every single request for maintenance has been answered promptly and solved quickly, most within 24 hours of putting in the request! Zero complaints - I've been very pleased with the property management overall.
We have had the pleasure of working with Jake and his team at Signer for several years now. I work with many property management firms but I must say they are one of the easiest and efficient to work with. They are timely in their email responses and they are very organized with scheduling. Highly recommend if looking for a firm to manage your building in Boston.
