My experience with Kenmore Optical was fantastic, and refreshing. Dr. Susan O'Shea was extremely helpful, explained the process step by step, all updated equipment. The office may be small, but the staff are very professional with a large display of frames every one was friendly and eager to help. I would recommend Dr. O'Shea to anyone looking for more than an okay eye exam. I very satisfied with the eye exam, A 5 star rating is appropriate

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The process flew by and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. Carlos, Olivia, and Dr. O'Shea created a warm and inviting environment. I will definitely go back in the future!!
