Had another great experience with Chris at Focal Point today. This is a great family owned business that provides great service and and is a hidden gem in our community. All businesses should strive to achieve their level of customer support.

Couldn't be more pleased with Focal Point. My elderly mother needed new glasses and was referred here by her opthamologist. It was a complicated prescription and she is picky. Chris made the entire process incredibly easy and seamless. He was the perfect balance of being solicitous without becoming obsequious. My mother got her glasses in about a week and loves the new pair. Thank you Focal Point!
