Great work, reasonable price, and so nice! Carl sent Brian over to replace my water heater anode, flush my tank, and check my sump pump. Bill was great - and in addition to doing the work he explained what he was doing, how I should maintain the heater after he was done, and he even pointed me to some options for testing and replacing the sump pump backup battery.
