We were thinking about getting mini splits and read reviews on local installers. Value mechanical had excellent ratings so i gave them a call. Carl came to the house and gave me an honest and very fair estimate. He gave me options and he's also a creative thinker, since we have an open floor plan and not a lot of wall space for a typical unit. To say Carl and Brian were prompt, professional, super clean and extremely efficient would be an understatement. On time and on budget, basically a unicorn among contractors today. 1000 percent would recommend. Thank you guys! It's 90 degrees out and I'm as cool as a cucumber!
At 7:30 in the morning, I messaged Carl and asked if he could come to look at our air conditioner. At 9:15 AM he was at our house with his team and they fixed the air conditioner. Our house was nice and cool again by 10:00 AM. How is that for service?
Carl and his team are exceptional! Our outdated central air unit stopped working during this last heat wave. Carl always responds promptly and efficiently. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and get our cold air back up and running. We have been customers for years and that won't change as long as he is doing business.
