First technician arrived on time and was very professional, sprayed nest. This eliminated hornets but i had wanted nest removed. Second very professional technician came out right on time and removed the nest at no additional charge. I was impressed and pleased with the .Service: Hornet & wasp extermination
The person they sent out was very knowledgeable on our problem. He explained what could be done to minimize the problem (mainly maintenance of soil in potted plants to keep the flies from laying eggs) and provided a fly trap to help cut down on the amount of flies. In this case there did not appear to be an extermination option, which would have been toxic. Overall the advice was of moderate help, as subsequent to this we removed all the plant sources that may have been supporting the flies, there are still flies in that area. Rob was thorough and quick and completely got rid of our mice problem in 1 hour that we had been dealing with for 6 months! I would recommend them to anyone having a rodent issue.Service: Rodent extermination
