I can't imagine the last four or five years of my autoimmune healing journey without Bell and his team. After my first visit with Bell to help me with Hashimoto's disease I started to weep--it was the first relief I had felt since my diagnosis (and flare-up) and I felt 20 years younger and 20 pounds lighter (from stress and discomfort/pain). Since then he has helped me with shingles and Long Covid. I don't know where I would be without him (unemployed and in bed?). He is attentive, caring and incredibly talented--as is his entire team. If you have chronic illness or for any reason at all, please trust him with your wellness journey. You will feel so much better.

Bell and his team are exceptional. Professional, kind, smart and knowledgeable. I had chronic neck and back pain that led to arm numbness. I tried cortisone shots that didn't work. A friend from work said I should try acupuncture. I've been going to see Bell for a little over a year. I now have less pain, and more movement and flexibility in my neck. I would highly recommend going to Lea Tam Acupuncture
