I have asked Jon and Artie from Fire & Ice, LLC to do work at the last three homes where I have lived. They have done emergency repairs as well as regular maintenance. Jon found and fixed issues with my boiler that were a result of neglect from the prior owner of my current home. Artie had my heat working shortly after he drove quickly to the store at the end of the day to get a needed part. Thanks to him, I did not have to go the night without heat! Both of them go above and beyond to get the job done. They explain everything in easy-to-understand terms and answer all questions. They are my go-to guys for everything related to heat and HVAC.
