I have been using the Infared Sauna at Advanced Health & Wellness for the last few months to help with my shoulder and ankle pain. I have recently increased my overall activity as well as more use on very specific muscles and have been experiencing a dull pain in both my shoulders and my ankle. I am thrilled with the results using the Infared Sauna! Weekly visits have helped so much! Now I look forward to my weekly Infared Sauna sessions as a time to rest and reflect. Who couldn't use more of that in their day?

I referred a friend who had just been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease to Dr. Tracy after hearing so many wonderful things about her. I went with my friend for her 1st appointment and was impressed with Dr. Tracy's knowledge, patience and advice. She made excellent recommendations about my friend's diet and explained why making certain changes would be beneficial. She explained everything in such a way that was very motivating for her to make some difficult changes. She also recommended a few supplements to help wean her off of medications. They are so nice here. Good service, clean, honest. Highly recommend them for either naturopathic treatment or craniofacial sacral treatment. I haven't used the other services but I am sure Dr Tracy wouldn't have anyone less than great.
