After an accident 2 years ago, I found myself in a state of mind no one wants be in. I soon started to panic while driving, I was angry with my family, I did not know what was happening, the walls closed in on me and I couldn't find my way out. I then found Lindy at The Kitchen Table Counseling who began to work with me. She was and still is the light I need to guide me in a new direction. Lindy is the best, she is so understanding of what I'm feeling in real time. If things are bad, she knows exactly how to pick me up. I love this place! I personally started seeing Lindy about 6 months ago and when I stop and look at where I was in life then verses where I’m at today, I am blown away. She’s always so encouraging and very gentle when it comes to the hard things I absolutely need (yet don’t want) to hear lol. I absolutely recommend the kitchen table. This is the longest I’ve ever kept a counselor so that’s saying something about this place❤️

It was never my idea to seek counseling, my son made my appointment with Jeane for me. I’m so grateful that he did. Jeane brought me from a very dark place I had no clue I was in. She wears a beautiful smile, has a soft voice but yet is firm in giving the most helpful counseling. Always said I would never seek counseling but now I thank God I did. I highly recommend Jeane.
