I live out of state and found this shop online. I called Heart Desires and spoke with Alexa. Alexa was super sweet, she showed compassion, empathy and kindness when I let her know the purpose of my order. She took the time to send me pics of the plant I had in mind. My purchase was delivered EXCEPTIONALLY fast as well!! My sister loved her plant!! I would definitely recommend this business!!!!!! Thank You again, Alexa and Heart Desires!

Alright, hands down the best flower shop around. From the easy to use website down to the punctual delivery, absolutely nothing negative about the entire experience. I learned about this shop from a delivery to one of my co-workers that was speedy but not rushed and friendly but not creepy. The best part about it is that the delivery driver didn't just leave the flowers with some random people that didn't even know what this unlucky recipient looked like, and yes it did happen (more than once). You guys and gals are great and from my perspective have no competition. Thank you for excellent service.

Heart Desires did an amazing job on my Mother's casket flowers, flowers from the children and an arrangement from the grandchildren. She went above and beyond to make it special for us and to see that we were happy with it. She was very knowledgeable when we asked for a specific color of flowers... she was able to offer several types to us and show us examples. The flowers were so beautiful that some other flower shops were mesmerized by them and even took pictures of them! Well done Heart Desires!
