Are they the cheapest plumber out there? Probably not. They’re definitely not the most expensive either. But what matters most to me is that every time I call them, I know the job will be done professionally and done right.
The team at SMJ always thinks ahead. When I come to them with some wild idea of what I want to do, they take the time to walk through the options with me and often show me things I hadn’t even considered.
They’re reliable, they show up when they say they will, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I can’t say enough great things about SMJ. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I have used S & J I was so upset that I lost all the cards they gave me from the first time that they did work at my house. Sabrina is always wonderful when you call her and you’re panicking because your house is flooding and it’s backing up all over the place, I called on Monday and Tuesday morning. They were there and it took them no time to get me back to where I could flush toilets again. If I could give them more stars, I would, if you call them, you will definitely not be sorry, Lucas, and all the guys there are wonderful and they know what they’re doing. The picture shows exactly what was in my pipes and blocking everything

I called SMJ at around noon on a Tuesday and within an hour or so Travis was at my home ready to help me find the problem! Within 2.5 hours of my call, the issue was diagnosed and a repair plan was made! The level of courteous, customer service was top notch from the service call with Sabrina to the replacement of my water heater by Travis and Austin ….10/10 recommend
