Sheryl is the kindest, most helpful ladie ever! I was shopping for a cologne for my husband and could not decide what to get, and she continued to help me for a good 30 minutes. I've had good experiences at this Ulta. The cashier I had (Taniah) was so friendly and patient with all of my questions I had. Even though it was busy, she was also patient to the other cashier who asked a few questions.

I went in to find a skin tint due to Sephora having a limited stock in shades for the Supergoop! brand. Taniya greeted me upon searching and recommended brands such as ELF! I told her I hadn’t had luck with the bronzing drops, so she referred me to her manager instead of just leaving it at that. She was actively trying to solve my problem and I truly appreciated it as I was going out of town today and needed it. The manager recommended I speak with their employee Trinitee. Trinitee suggested the Laura Mercier not because of the price point, but because she said “if you were wanting Supergoop! I know the SPF is important, so that’s why I’m showing you this first”.... read full review
