Very clean and welcoming. All of the staff are very kind and engaging. I personally use Linh (have for years) but the customer service and skills across the board are wonderful! Prices are very reasonable as well!
I contacted the owner, Heidi, on a Saturday evening via Facebook well after they had closed and told her about nails I had put on at another salon (nothing to do with Sunshine Nails) and after a week had already lost a nail and had bad lifting on the other nails and Heidi was able to get me in the next day when they opened.
I was able to get dip powder in the color I wanted and my nails still look great 2 weeks later! Everyone I came across were pleasant and friendly. The salon was clean, welcoming and I felt so comfortable being there. I was very impressed by Heidi's professionalism and knowledge. Heidi was so great at fitting me in last minute & talking about different options. And suggested something she felt would work better for me. I’ll know more as the weeks go on, but the finished product is great. I had acrylic nails for well over a decade, and have not had anything on my nails for the last six years. I went to another salon 11 days ago for gel-x nails, and had already lost one nail and had multiple nails that were lifting. I had the gel nails soaked off, and Heidi did dip powder, and even did the color I wanted in the powder. I can’t wait to see how these new nails do over the next couple of weeks.
