Home inspections for first time home buyers, seasoned home buyers, pre-listings. Also offer a 50.00 discount to Police, Fire, Military. Over 30 years combined construction experience. I use a drone to view most roofs, use of thermal imaging to document water damage as needed. NOTE: I no longer inspect mobile / manufactured homes, Pier and Beam homes, duplexes, tri-plex's and quad-plex's or commercial buildings.
