I wish I could give a better review but unfortunately I can’t. This is how my bath tub was left on a brand new home that they laid the tile for. I don’t know if this is their responsibility or the builders but nevertheless it should not have ever been presented to me this way!! Notice how only it’s partially grouted. The rest of the bathtub is the same. I do not understand their reasoning for this at all.Update: I am very pleased with how the situation is being handled. The very next day the owner, Maxie went through the trouble to get my phone number and called me. She is doing everything she can to fix the issue that was at hand. They always put the customer first from start to finish. They recommend the best products for your home and budget. Installation was very professional and if you are not satisfied they will come back to fix whatever issues you may have. Vanita is the most knowledgeable and courteous associate I have ever worked with. I have sent all of my friends and family to her. With over 20 years of experience, she knows what she is doing and won’t steer you wrong.

Maxie’s is a really sweet and nice person. She gives excellent service and did a fantastic job with the interior on my home. I absolutely love my cabinets!!! Kudos to Maxie’s!!!
