I was at the port in Shreveport and getting the runaround from mechanics. When I got in touch with DBD they gave me an accurate arrival. Before coming out, Rick ran me through some checks to see if the problem could be fixed. When he arrived he disassembled the valve and found some blockage. He removed the blockage and put everything back together. The cool part... he didn't over charge or sell me a part I didn't need. Price was fair and service was great! They're locked in my phone in case I need assistance being I'm always in that area. The dude knows his stuff!!!
