I have used M and H for years. We’ve had some major work done with them and some small fixes. They show up, they’re honest, and they fix the problems. They’re informative and care about the health of your family. They do not try to upsell or overcharge. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.
They didn't try to buffalo me into something i didn't want to pay extra for. Completed a big job in one day even while working around old work that was faulty and incorrect.
DO NOT CALL! After technician number 1 changed 3 parts and we still didn't have a working furnace a second technician was called out. Tim spent 10 minutes at the furnace and told us it was a ground wire and we needed to changed the mother board. We explained that the 1st technician had already done that and it didn't make it work. We suggested maybe the "new" mother board wasn't good as it looked old and was in a crushed box. Tim then said well it looks like ya'll got it figured out and picked up his tools and left. They also broke parts that were not previously broken.Service: Heating system maintenance
