Called Cristian for a soft wash on a small residential property and got a fair price. He scheduled it within the same week and the service was beyond what I imagined. Christian and his helper were really personable and provided what was asked and more. I mean my first experience getting someone to wash the house could not have gone any better. This was my first time having a softwash done the roof so I was VERY skeptical. Christian was very professional and assured me that the roof and surrounding vegetation would be safe. Communication throughout the entire process was EXCELLENT. He also followed up after the job was completed to makes sure everything was to my satisfaction. My neighbors have been expressing compliments on how nice the roof looks. Family members thought a new roof was installed when they saw the before and after pictures.
