We had a bit of mis communication, but when his son arrived, he was very professional. He took his time in checking out my washer & explained everything he was doing.Thankfully there were no actual repairs to be made. Pleasant to deal with. I just have to make sure my clothes batch is level & not too large. Would definitely recommend using them.
They come quickly anytime you called them out for service. This was a return visit from just under a week ago and had nothing to actually do with the air conditioner. It was the breaker for the air conditioner however, they took care of everything and didn’t even charge me a service fee. These guys go above and beyond, and I am so appreciative of them and they will forever have my business
Stetson was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem with our washing machine, and provide recommendations on how to proceed. Would definitely recommend!
