X-Ray Cleaners

We’ve been using X-Ray Cleaners for a few years. We’ve had bedding and clothes dry-cleaned, and shirts laundered and starched. Recently they lost one of my husband’s shirts. The owner went to the same men’s clothing store where it was originally purchased and bought two different colored shirts to give my husband a choice. (He returned the other one.) This was above and beyond what we expected, and we were deeply appreciative because he was so professional and responsive. This was the only time we have ever had a problem, and the way he handled rectifying the issue just cemented our loyalty to this small business owner.

This tiny business is a wonderful resource for the community. They are blessed and cursed by being in the Tulane area, which brings in business but also arrogant, angry, entitled people, some of whose reviews I see here. They are not a laundromat so any comments regarding how the laundromat works are mistaken. Turning to laundry and dry cleaning services, they are thoughful, kind, competent, and go above what one might hope for in a cleaner. I've had silver cufflinks carefully returned in a baggie, which were left on a shirt. I've had a call at work, to assure that they wrote down the right amount of starch for my shirts. What a blessing to the community.

Best cleaners in Nola! They really expedite your laundry and make your clothes smell amazing and feel soft. I give them my laundry every week and they are very affordable. Very friendly business and glad to have them in the area!
