HandsOn makes it easy to find opportunities to directly help the community. I drove down to New Orleans after Laura hit, and within hours of submitting my information they set me up to work the resource center for evacuees from SWLA. I was impressed with how well-organized everything was and how many people they were able to assist every day. HandsOn staff were really kind and vocal about how appreciative they were of volunteers.
