I like leave a postive review and thank you. Thank you for fixing my hair and making it look better and not charging me for coming back later. I didn't know policy is you leaving you normally have to pay for new hair style. But both ladies you were kind, patient and didn't charge me more. I was at first sort feel so-so and more looked the worst I felt. Pay for my hair cut but came back same day see if they could fix it. thank you both ladies for fixing it and thanks again for being kind. I appreciate so much. Although I don't get my haircut often I will return to JCPenney hair salon because your awesome service. I am very happier with the new style. Thank you Thank
Ashley is truly the best beautician I have ever been to! She made sure I was comfortable from the very beginning of my appointment all the way to the very end. Going to the hair salon can sometimes feel daunting for me, especially when I know I haven’t done the best job caring for my hair, but Ashley never made me feel ashamed or judged about the damage. Instead, she encouraged me, poured confidence into me, and educated me throughout the process. I left her chair feeling more confident than ever, with an amazing haircut and feeling motivated to begin my healthy hair journey. I cannot recommend her enough!
I had the opportunity to get my makeup and hair done by jasmine. She did such an amazing job and also took time to get to learn what shades work best for my skin tone. 10/10 recommend.
