One Cleaners is the best Cleaners in Metairie and the surrounding areas of New Orleans, Louisiana. The most professional cleaners experience you can find. Very efficient, great customer service and friendly. You'll be very satisfied with the service they provide. Great owners and workers there. Awesome people.

On a Monday, after a horrible experience with another dry cleaner, I called One Cleaners to see if they could have my 85 year old dad’s 2 suits and 3 shirts ready by Wednesday for my mom’s funeral on Thursday. They said yes. They were so kind and accommodating, even apologized for the horrible experience I had at the other cleaners. When the items were ready, they were even thoughtful enough to call and let me know since they knew I had a lot on my mind and plate. Highly recommended. My GPS took me to West Esplanade rather than around the back on Fairfield which is their actual location.

I went by here on Friday and they appear to not have returned/closed up shop following hurricane Ida but in case their down for some renovations here we go. I'll begin with the bad, they are high, sometimes egregiously so, as in $12 - $15 for a standard white men's dress shirt high. So everything you have read here about their prices is spot on and if that is a determining factor for a cleaners then One is certainly not for you. They also have had a bunch of employees turn around over the last couple of years so customer service has been less than ideal since 2017 or so.
