I parked about 10 minutes prior to opening. I tried the door at about 8:05, and it was still locked. A lady let me in the back door. I then waited about 25-30 minutes because they said their front desk person wasn’t there yet. They finally checked me in by calling another location or something similar. Didn’t take too long to get seen or helped once in the back, though. Staff was friendly enough.
I usually don't have a vert long wait time when I come here. However today's it's been over an hour and a half and the only thing that was taken was my vitals. Not sure what going on but I'm about to walk out and try another location tomorrow. It's after 7pm
The doctors and nurses at this office are always so sweet and kind — they truly make you feel like part of the family. Everyone is caring and welcoming, and the doctors take the time to explain everything thoroughly so no detail is left out. You’re always greeted with a smile and a sense of comfort, which makes every visit a positive experience. Even the front desk staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s always a pleasant experience each time I visit this location, and I highly recommend them!
