I have been here for over three years and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. If you’re looking to get a great work out with some of the best coaches & a great group this is it! They work with all different kinds of levels and have modifications for everyone!
I found CrossFit Laplace last year by accident and that was the best accident lol . The people and coaches treat you like family and help you through the workouts and are there anytime you need. It has been the best decision I ever made, it has made me a stronger person and has helped me come out of my comfort zone. I would definitely recommend it, you will not have any regrets ? I don’t ❤️??
