Ms. Brenda Thibodeaux/ Outreach Specialist went beyond the call of duty to assist me with getting signed up for Medicaid. She was available, kind, knowledgeable, fast, patient and understanding of my needs. Explained everything to me very well and I want to thank you so much for helping me.
I actually went to the new branch of Southwest Louisiana Credit Union located inside the health Center. They've come into our community to help us. They need our help and partnerships. Please consider them. The BEST!! Go an see MS. Rachel. Counting on you North Lake Charles❤??
I’ve heard negative comments about this place but I’m glad I came.The moment I walked I was greeted. All 3 ladies were very nice getting my insurance and paperwork together.Didn’t wait long before I was called to the back and my dentist and her assistant were absolutely over the top caring made me feel really comfortable, talked to me the whole time.Only thing is their appts are so far out.. like 3-6 months.
