This company has failed my mother and then tried to turn it on me basically saying that because I cannot stay with my mother when the service is not there that I’m failing her as family. In what professional capacity is this ok to say to a clients family? I was told by the state that a company that does not staff a client it is considered abandonment by the company. The lack of communication between staff and management and the owner is erroneous. I’ve had my fare share of dealing with state funded programs and businesses but this one takes the cake. If you choose this company as a provider for your loved one I pray you have a better experience.
