During the pandemic, Angel, at IMX Pilates, Lafayette, set up zoom classes so I could continue my classes without interruption after a serious surgery that left me unable to use my upper body. I am so thankful for her positive attitude, passion and attention to details I needed to recover.

I wasn’t a believer in Pilates until I went for the free 1st time class!!!!! WOW is all I can say. The instructors at IMX are incredible, especially Mrs Angel. She took the time to explain how different muscles groups work with different stretches. This is exactly what I needed and I am mad at myself for waiting so long. Thank you IMX.
I absolutely loved this Pilates class! The music was perfect, and the instructor was incredibly attentive, helping me with modifications while I was dealing with an injury. I can’t wait to take more classes at IMX!
